Featured project¶
Cycling Trainer Hub¶
A full-stack platform for indoor cycling training built from scratch as a personal project.
BLE device integration (Garmin HRM-Dual, Wahoo KICKR), real-time dashboard, HRV readiness scoring, FTP detection, training plans, and performance analytics.
What makes it interesting: it was built AI-first — meaning the AI was in the room from line one, not bolted on afterward. The result is a working product I actually use, not a demo.
